If you haven't yet heard the whir of the private helicopter over head, yes W is in Halifax today & my place of work is apparently close to, if not within, the somewhat ridiculous security perimeter ... will report later how it goes & whether or not I'm hauled away for "suspicious dress" ...

I'm relieved that nothing bad happened while he was here (apart from our Prime Minister saying stuff like "we're right behind you, buddy!"), especially with all the snipers lurking about on top of buildings. You can see one of the photos I took of them on the Northwood Ranch household blog.
